Explosion-proof certified infrared temperature sensor
Explosive places need to prevent fire from igniting. Equipment and protection systems that comply with ATEX product regulations or equivalent regulations should be used. The FLIR A310 ex series is an ATEX-certified solution with a thermal imager mounted inside the enclosure that allows it to monitor critical assets and other valuable assets in an explosive environment. Typical applications for the FLIR A310 ex series include process monitoring, quality control and fire detection in explosive locations. Because the FLIR A310 ex series is IP 67 rated, it can be installed in a dusty environment. The "d" class refractory enclosure prevents any explosion accidents inside the enclosure from spreading to the outside of the unit.
Integrated controller
The integrated controller has multiple digital input/output channels and temperature, humidity and pressure sensors. In other functions, the input/output channels allow the user to remotely control the on/off of the camera and heater. Access is achieved through an integrated web interface or Modbus TCP/IP. The integrated controller is equipped with two fibers and two Ethernet ports. This enables flexible network integration within a star or ring topology.
Heater
The FLIR A310 ex series is equipped with a heater to prevent atomization or frosting of the protective window.
Certification ZELM 12 ATEX 0485 X
The FLIR A310 ex series is ATEX certified. It can be installed in the 1, 2, 21 and 22 classification areas. Certification covers the entire system, including the enclosure and all internal components such as thermal imaging cameras, heaters and integrated controllers.
The company sells FLIR thermal imaging cameras, FLUKE thermal imaging cameras , online thermal imaging cameras and other products, welcome to inquire.
